Ticket Policy + Booking In

All of event wristbands are priced at £20.00 each for Competitors and Spectators when booked in advance.

 

We require schools to contact us to book in a space for the event you wish to attend letting us know an estimated number of tickets required including dancers and spectators. Please make sure that your estimated ticket number is a realistic amount.  

 

4 weeks prior to the event one of our team will call you - Final ticket numbers must be confirmed with 101 Events at that point and wristbands will be sent to you next day.

 

Once tickets have been sent any extra tickets required can only be purchased on the door at £22.00 each subject to availability.

 

Teachers must collect in all payment and this must be handed in on the day of the event in a marked envelope.

 

101 Events are happy to issue complimentary wristbands for Head Teachers of your dance school.

 

Ticket Returns

We Do Not allow any ticket returns. All tickets ordered must be paid for

 

Once tickets are sent to you this means your school is fully committed to attending the event and tickets must be paid for in full if circumstances require you to pull out of the competition

 

Extra Tickets

Once tickets have been sent any extra tickets required can only be purchased on the door at £22.00 each Subject to availability

 

Rules

Please make sure before entering any of our events that you are Fully Aware of Our updated rule sheet which can be found on this website.

101 Events cannot be held responsible for any school not be aware of any rules that we enforce. It is your responsibility to read through the rules and understand them before attending our events.

 

 

Qualifier Event

All events will be Qualifying heats for the UK Street Dance Championships Final at K2 Crawley on Sunday 23rd November 2025 (Subject to Availability*)

 

*Not all events are guaranteed to be a qualifying heat for all categories for the UK Street Dance Championships. Once at maximum capacity, 101 Events reserve the right to change any qualifier to a normal non qualifier street dance competition

 

Tickets will be priced at £26.00 each for both Competitors and Spectators

 

Please make sure that you let all of your parents know that this is a Qualifying event as you will be required to hand in applications on the day of the event

 

Full information packs will be handed out to Dance Schools who Qualify on the day of the event
